Champagne Pierre Baillette 'Le Mont Ferré' 1er Cru Blanc de Blancs NV Size:Regular and the Sauvage Vineyard in100% Chardonnay from the lieu dits of Le Mont Ferre in the village of Trois Puits. A blend of the 2016 and 2017 vintages, these grapes are spontaneously fermented, manually harvest, with no herbicides and no filtration. It ages 24 months on the lees before disgorgement and a light 3. 5 g l of dosage is added. A powerful Chardonnay, with the body more akin to Pinot Noir while still having a laser focus and intense chalky minerality.
