McNab Ridge Mendocino Merlot, 2022 Trincadeira 80 years old vinesDark berries, baking spices, toasty oak. Medium bodied with black cherry, plum, cocoa undertones. This bottling is 86% Merlot, bolstered with 14% Cabernet Sauvignon from Damiano, Open Hand, White Oak and Largo Vineyards in Mendocino County. Aged 22 months in French and American oak. The McNab Ridge winery sits in the back of the McNab Valley, originally settled by Scottish sheep rancher and immigrant, Alexander McNab. Winemaker Rich Parducci is a
