When the wine hits the palate

so it was not having the wine while looking at the breathtaking vineyard that made my heart beat faster

I wouldn’t describe this as a typical Niellon Chevalier but it is certainly a dramatic and high-quality wine

There is a subtle but perceptible mineral streak to the vibrant and appealingly textured flavors that possess a mildly austere finish

Domaine Tawse, Gevrey Chambertin Champeaux other_regions_italy Second wine of ValandraudA softly spicy and cooler nose is derived almost entirely from the red side of the fruit spectrum while being liberally laced with earth, green tea and floral nuances. There is excellent intensity and plenty of minerality to the relatively precise though caressing flavors that possess good richness and volume that continues onto the energetic, firm and raspy finish.
