Built on a four malt bill including a roasted chocolate malt and a heavily peated malt from the Scottish borders and distilled to a deliberately heavy, oily spirit, O'Grady's Stand is unlike anything else in Australian whisky. Aged in small format ex bourbon barrels, individually re coopered in Australia, and bottled at 46% ABV. Tasting
