This Alpex is a tiny ball head suitable for small cameras and accessories

This is close to as small as a usable tripod can practically be: about 16" (40cm) folded down

so it can't be opened when you're wearing it

which is not exactly blazing fast

so it's all plastic (including the 90mm f8 lens)- but it's honestly not a badly designed camera
