Midcentury Professor Ceramic Coin Bank with Lock by Thames Maine_Lobster_Set Sweet small lidded woven wickerA rare, vintage ceramic bank, the Wise Bank. The bank, made in Japan by Thames, is so unique. The figural bank is a professor with rhinestone eyes and a metal padlock (without a key) that keeps his head on his shoulders. The figurine measures approximately 6 3 4" tall x 3 1 2" wide. In good vintage condition with finish wear and the lack of a key guarantees the money is saved! The fantastic, kitschy bank features its original label on the bottom.
