Description
We are particularly careful in selecting only the very best grapes from these vineyards for our Kumeu River Estate label
The name Incline was chosen to honor the impossibly steep sloped terroir of the Mosel from which these grapes are grown
The vineyards are farmed organically
From the sun-exposed terraces on Zöbinger Heiligenstein and the Gaisberg mountain to the extensive garden facilities around Gobelsburg castle
The vines were planted in 1928
Philippe Jouan Coteaux Bourguignons Vieilles Vignes 2020 Size:Regular We are particularly careful inPhilippe Jouan has taken off with incredible speed, thanks to some incredible family holdings and classic winemaking methods. Also, these wines are frankly a steal, given the state of how quickly prices rise on popular Burgundy producers. With that trend in mind, if youre at all curious about Jouan, then we recommend not waiting to pick some up, as the pricing will undoubtedly catch up to the quality.
