2021 | Tierra Roja Cabernet Sauvignon | Oakville Frusinate IGT namely Pinot Gris and PinotThe nose is a racy, firm, precise medley of concentrated red cherry and red currant fruit, with notes of cinnamon, baking spice, toasted cedar and a rich core of Oakville minerality. The fruit is almost sweetly rich on the palate, while the classy savory accents stay on point and the mineral strain joins with a deep spine of tannin to make the otherwise graceful fruit, youthfully gutsy. The finish is extremely long and shows the traditional TR polish.
