It is a rare, flat plot in this area, situated on ochre colored marly limestone (Lias marl). There is a significant presence of limestone. The plot faces southeast. This Savagnin spent 24 months in 228L oak barrels after complete fermentation in tanks. Bottled in mid November 2025 without sulfites or filtration.
