Domaine de Colette is based in Lantignie, considered the premium village within Regnie, and farms granitic soils with bush trained vines averaging forty five years. The Vieilles Vignes bottling pulls from their oldest plots, including one called Colette planted over eighty years ago. Whole bunch fermentation in the classic Beaujolais style preserves
