Whole-bunch fermented in semi-carbonic maceration and aged on lees in barrel for six months
from a certified biodynamic vineyard in the Van Duzer Corridor that is planted on calcareous marine sediments
Weingut Untermoserhof Alto Adige Lagrein 2019 NO20230719 as it’s enjoyed in NormandyFruity, easily digestible and round. This Lagrein comes from the younger vineyards. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and subsequent ageing in large oak barrels for about seven months.
