"Kanz" is 60/40 grenache/syrah fermented and aged in Lebanese amphora

The grapes are harvested by hand and delicately crushed in steel vats where they remain to macerate on the skins for about 25 days

Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats at a temperature of around 18°C
