six pinholes around both the left and right fold intersections along the top horizontal fold line

1 cm tear at the top of the left vertical fold line (there may be a tiny spot of paper loss within the tear)

2 cm pinhole tear just right of the top of the light beam (there are some light surface indentations here also)

some yellow staining above the first “T” in “STEWART” at the top and also a 7cm block around the top center
