Domaine Danjou-Banessy Supernova 2024 Wine Bar | Featured Red and alive with the characterFrom the Danjou Banessy brothers in Roussillon, this is an orange wine of unusual depth and pedigree. Supernova is 100% Muscat of Alexandria, sourced from 70 year old vines on schist and marl in the lieu dit Les Terres Noires. Whole clusters macerate for about a month before aging in used barrels, amphorae, and cement, a slow and low approach that emphasizes texture over fruit. The result is grippy, savory, and aromatically wild, with the Muscat
