This wine bears the name of a witch who was tried in Castel Noarna in the 17th century

The vineyard was planted with Pinot Gris in 1974 and additional planting of Pinot Noirand Pinot Meunier were added up to 1984

The grapes are farmed organically on gravely loam/schist
