Paysan 'Eh Bien!' Non-Alcoholic Wine this gorgeously subtle expression fromNatural Red Wine Paysan Eh Bien! (All is well!) Honest country wine. A floral, textural, medium bodied red banger. Spicy blueberry, charcuterie and smoky liquorice allsorts. Pinot noir dreams. Handmade in small terracotta amphorae. Wild fermented on skins for 30+ days, whole bunch pressed and rested in ampohora for one year. Bottled unfined, unfiltered with natural balance (lightly cloudy) and minimal sulphites. Still wine style (not sparkling).
