2021 Weingut Velich TO, Burgenland, Austria Park The fruit comes from ScanlonVelichs TO is a tribute to Lake Neusiedl (T meaning lake in Hungarian), capturing the essence of Burgenlands Seewinkel region. A blend of 85% Chardonnay, 10% Welschriesling, and 5% Sauvignon Blanc, sourced from sandy and gravelly soils. Fermented spontaneously and aged in a combination of stainless steel, large oak casks, and used barriques, the wine rests on its lees to develop depth without overt weight
