Espolon Blanco Tequila, Mexico Domaine La Soufrandiere organic since 2011. Crafted by Maestro Tequilero Cirilo Oropeza at the Casa San Nicols distillery in the Highlands of Jalisco, using 100% hand harvested Blue Weber agave grown in volcanic red soils , then ground with roller mills and fermented with native yeasts in open stainless tanks.
