2022 Brij Wines Oso Rouge SLO Coast, California Porter Creek Rolle (Vermentino)2023 Oso Rouge Varietal: 35% Grenache, 65% Mourvedre AVA: Rancho Arroyo Grande, SLO Coast Vinification: 100% whole cluster, 2 week fermentation in closed top wooden cask. Pressed into 500L puncheons and neutral barrels for aging. Blended before bottling. 20 ppm SO2 added before bottling. Bottles produced: 6,084 bottles ABV: 12. 5%
